Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms.

‘You’ or ’your’ refers to you the customer. ‘We’, ’us’ or ‘our’ refers to 'MyPictureLife.co.uk'.

Data Protection
We will respect your privacy and confidentiality. All images will be held on our system for one month (after completion of movie). All associated DVD material will be held on our system for three months (after completion of movie).  You can request the removal of all stored material associated with your order at any point after receiving your order.

We will not pass on any of your details to a third party.

Copyright
You must ensure all material you supply does not infringe any third party’s copyright, patent or trademark. We reserve the right to refuse any work that we feel may be copyrighted.

Unsuitable Content
Please do not send obscene/offending material. We reserve the right to refuse material at our discretion.

Music
If you’ve elected to use your own music as background then you must supply the original CD(s) (these will be returned to you with your order). As long as you have legally purchased the music and will use the DVD for your own personal use, this falls within your rights under the 'fair use provision' of copyright laws.

Loss or Damage
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your photo media or music CD’s whilst in the hands of the postal service. In the highly unlikely event of loss or damage after receipt to us, we will refund a maximum replacement value of up to £10 for memory sticks\cards only and a maximum replacement value of £20 per music CD.

Faulty DVD
All DVDs are tested prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event your DVD will not play, we ask you to return it to us (within 7 days) and we will replace it free of charge.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days of receipt, but please allow up to 14 days. This may vary due to workloads and seasonal variations. If your order is not available for delivery after 14 days, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund of monies paid to us.

Complaint
In the very unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the finished DVD and\or we did not carry out your instructions correctly, please return the DVD and contact us to see if we can rectify the problem. If we are unable to satisfy your order to your requirements, we will refund the monies paid to us and your order will be cancelled.

Payment
Orders will be processed at the current prices at the time of ordering. Your payment must be received by us prior to work commencing.

Amendments
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
