Ordering Your Perfect Photo Slideshow Couldn’t Be Easier, Just 3 Simple Steps To Follow:

1. Complete the on-line order form

Our on-line order form makes ordering your wedding slideshow quick and simple with payment via PayPal. Upon completion, you'll receive an email acknowledging your order along with postage/upload instructions.

You can choose a maximum of six separate slideshows and please remember to name each slideshow in exactly how you would like it to appear on your DVD. eg, "Growing Up", "Our Holiday 2009",, etc.

 

You can upload your photos to us via our YouSendIt account.

2. Select your favourite photos

• Select your favourite photos arranging them into folders which will correspond to individual slideshows (maximum of six).
• Name each folder in accordance with your slideshows on your order form.
• Ensure the maximum number of images doesn't exceed your desired package.
• When placing your order, you can specify the display order for your  photos by date, name or randomly. If sorting by name then we suggest prefixing your photos with a number.
• We can accept photos as jpg\jpeg, bmp, png, gif or tiff.

3. Send us your photos and wait 7-14 days for your DVD to arrive!

When it comes to sending your photos to us you have two choices:

a) You can upload your photos to us via our YouSendIt account. You'll need to upload each of your photo folders (which will correspond to a separate slideshow) individually. Please ensure you enter your order reference number (received in your order acknowledgment email) and slideshow name in the subject.

b) Alternatively, you can send us your photos on CD or memory stick\card but we would advise using CD as a preference. It’s a much less costly media should your item be lost\damaged in the post. Please post your CD or memory stick\card and a printed copy of your order acknowledgement email to the address shown below.

Once we receive your photos, we’ll check everything is OK and email to confirm receipt and that your order is being processed. We usually ship most orders within 7-14 days and we’ll email you when you order is dispatched.

All DVD’s are quality checked before shipping but obviously we cannot check the entire disc. If there’s any playback issues with your DVD then please return to us (within 7 days) and we’ll post you a replacement free of charge.
